Consultation cancellation & refunds

  • Before work begins — if you cancel before we start your analysis, you may request a refund; a small processing/transaction charge may be deducted.
  • Once analysis has begun or a report has been delivered — the consultation fee is non-refundable, as the work has been performed.
  • Rescheduling — appointments can be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability.
  • Missed appointments — if you miss a scheduled appointment without notice, we will do our best to reschedule, but the fee may not be refundable.

Store shipping

  • We ship across India. Items are typically dispatched within a few working days of confirmed payment.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed based on your location before dispatch.
  • Please provide a complete, correct address and a reachable phone number.

Store returns & replacements

  • Damaged in transit — tell us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Unopened general items (e.g. pooja essentials) may be returnable within the stated period if unused and in original condition.
  • Gemstones, energised items and custom orders may be non-returnable, or returnable only after verification, given their nature. We will make this clear at the time of order.
  • Return shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
