1. Who we are

Sree Raajarajeswari Jyotisyalayam, operating as RishiDisha (rishidisha.in), is a Vedic astrology and Vaastu consultancy in Hyderabad, India, founded by Garimella VV Satyanarayana Sharma. We take the privacy of your personal and spiritual details seriously.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email, preferred language.
  • Astrology details — date, time and place of birth; for marriage matching, the same for both individuals.
  • Vaastu details — property address, directions, dimensions, floor plans, site photographs and videos you upload.
  • Consultation content — your concerns, questions and any documents (e.g. an existing Kundali) you share.
  • Store orders — delivery address, items ordered, and order history.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN or bank passwords. Payments are settled directly (UPI / bank) or through a secure payment provider, if enabled.

3. How we use your information

Only to prepare and deliver your consultation or report, to fulfil and deliver your store orders, to contact you about your booking or order, and to keep our own records. We do not use your birth or property details for advertising.

4. How we store and protect it

Your data is held in a secured database. Sensitive files — birth charts, floor plans, reports — are stored in a private area that is not publicly accessible and is opened only by Sharma garu's office. We do not expose personal details in web links or page titles.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary: your delivery address with the courier for store orders, and payment information directly with you or a secure payment provider when you choose to pay. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — simply contact us with your booking or order reference. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Retention

We keep your details for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

8. Cookies & local storage

We use minimal browser storage to remember your cart and to make the booking form convenient. We do not run intrusive third-party advertising trackers.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
