3. Bookings & information
You agree to provide accurate details. The quality of a reading depends on the details you provide — incomplete or approximate birth time, or unclear property information, may limit the analysis. A consultation is scheduled after your details are received and payment is confirmed.
4. Payments
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are due as agreed before work begins, unless stated otherwise. For store orders, prices are shown on the product; we confirm availability and payment before dispatch.
5. Reports & content
Any report or written guidance we provide is for your personal use only. Website content, articles and reports remain the property of RishiDisha and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
6. Conduct & liability
You are responsible for the decisions you take. To the extent permitted by law, RishiDisha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our guidance or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
